Comcastic or Comical? Service Activation Delay on Comcast
Why in the world would a for profit company drag its feet to have your business and take your money? Sounds unexpected, right? Well, if you are the only name in town, then you can make your clients wait without shame. One of our clients had recently ordered a T1 service from a major cableco. After weeks of regulatory negotiations (as the client is a major state institution), were finally given a quote with a nice surprise – they have to wait 60 days for the service activation delay… Now, I call that “comcastic”…
