How to disable the SIP ALG option?
- Please go to the extra tab and click on the custom link, in the Custom Settings section.
- To open “Extra” tab, change the URL on the web browser to point to <IP address of Mushroom unit> and add ‘extra.html’, usually 192.168.254.99/extra.html.
- And set the “Disable SIP Conntrack*” to True.
- Once you click on ‘Apply’, please go to the ADMIN tab and reboot the unit.
