USB-Ethernet provisioning for portabella,teleporter, streamer, etc

– On the brower enter the url:  http://<Lan-ip of Mushroom>/cgi-bin/setwritable
– Select the enable option
– Plug in the USB-Ethernet key 1 at a time to the USB ports
– Once all the 4 USB-Ethernet extenders are plugged in then, disable the setwritable option.
– The unit should now be provisioned with the Ethernet extenders.
