What is a “Random Group” interface in version 1.17 and later?

For a “Random Group” Interface Group the traffic matching the filter is randomly distributed across all interfaces included in the interface group interfaces for that group. This could also be described as a “Round Robin Distribution”.

In the case below, matching traffic would be randomly distributed among all available WAN devices, since the “Device Index” was left blank, indicating wild-card matching.
